Terms of use

Secret Call for iPhone and Android. Last updated 15 October 2026.

By using Secret Call you agree to these terms. On iPhone, Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps applies as well.

The service

Secret Call is a messenger with end-to-end encrypted chats and calls. Your account is a key on your phone, recovered with 12 words that only you hold. We cannot read your messages, cannot recover your account without your 12 words, and cannot restore chats without your backup.

Acceptable use

Do not use Secret Call to break the law, to send spam, or to harass, threaten or defraud anyone. We may stop an account from using the service if we learn of such use. Block anyone you do not want to hear from; report abuse to us.

No warranty

We work to keep Secret Call running and secure, but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losing messages or access when your 12 words or backups are lost.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version appears here with a new date. If you keep using Secret Call after a change, the new terms apply.
